WLARA funding is on the line—and your voice matters! Over the past five years, the World Language Advancement and Readiness Grants have provided $79 million to support language programs in 33 districts across 19 states, teaching ASL, French, German, Japanese, Mandarin, and Spanish.

But this year, the Senate’s budget includes no funding, putting the program at risk. Congress will decide within days—now is the time to act. Urge your lawmakers to support $15 million for WLARA and protect the only federal K–12 language education program that defends our nation’s global readiness.
