(New!) Central States Social Media Advertising Information and Guidelines
Please adhere to the following guidelines when submitting your advertisement for posting on the Central States social media platforms (Facebook and Twitter):
Advertisements need to be “post ready”. We recommend that you test your post by drafting it on Twitter to make sure it can be posted as is before sending it to us.
There is a limit of 277 characters for Twitter posts (Central States will add #ad to all posts)
Recommended image size is 1200 x 1200 pixels
.jpg or .png images are preferred
Ad posts must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the posting date.
Ads should be submitted to socialmedia@csctfl.org after payment is made.
Social media advertisements will be posted to the Central States Facebook page and Twitter account. Currently, we have 7.6K followers on Facebook and 4.4K followers on Twitter.
One time post on Facebook and Twitter - $150
Four posts within a 60 day period - $500
Central States reserves the right to limit ad posts to two per week. No ads will be posted during the week of the 2025 Central States Conference (March 10-16, 2025). Reserve your posts’ dates ASAP!
Advertising in the Central States Online Conference Program
Click the link above to place your advertising order. After placing your order and submitting payment, email a copy of your advertisement to the Central States Executive Director. Advertisements may be submitted in .jpg, .png, or .pdf format. The deadline to purchase ads for the 2025 Online Conference Program is December 15, 2024. Ads must be received by January 1, 2025.
Full page ad, $1,000 (7.5” w x 10” h (19.05 cm x 25.4 cm))
½ page ad, $500 (7.5”w x 4.75”h (19.05 cm x 12.065 cm) or 3.5”w x 10”h (8.9 cm x 25.4 cm))
¼ page ad, $250 (3.5”w x 4.75“h (8.9 cm x 12.065 cm))
