To document your 2026 Central States professional development experience, please complete the certificate and the accompanying conference attendance form and list of workshops and/or sessions (located below). Submit these materials to the appropriate personnel in your school/district.
Professional Development Hours for Illinois Teachers
Central States Conference, Chicago 2026
ICTFL, the Illinois Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages, is an authorized provider of Professional Development Hours for the Illinois State Board of Education, ISBE. As part of our arrangement as the host state for 2026 Central States Languages for All “Languages are FUNdamental” conference, ICTFL will provide PD hours to all Illinois teachers. To receive the Evidence of Completion form needed for licensure renewal, Illinois teachers need to complete this ISBE Evaluation form for the 2026 conference and individually list the sessions attended. An individualized form will be sent following the conference. Questions about earning PD hours in Illinois can be sent to ICTFL Executive Director, Todd Bowen, at ictfl.director@gmail.com.
