VI. Professional Development

A.  Outreach: Carrol Lund (Chair),  Kerisa Baedke, Zona
       Mitchell and Pat Randolph

     Support professional development outreach to the state level,
     which may include workshops, online or videoconference
     delivery of conference sessions, etc.

 

B. Leadership Program: Tatiana Sildus(Chair),  Rhonda von Werder, Judy
       Cale and Melanie Soto

    1. Coordinate nominations of participants from each state's
        foreign language association

    2. Oversee leadership projects to focus on each state's
         identified issue or concern

    3. Coordinate funding to come partially from CSCTFL budget, 
        CSCTFL grant and other sources of funding, including state 
        funds or outside grants.

 

C. Conference Workshop/Extension workshop: Leann Wilcoxen
      (chair), Pat Westphal, Mary Goodwin, Laura Nork and Sharon Rapp

    1. Publicize workshop and select participants

    2. Organize, conduct, and evaluate leadership seminars

    3. Ensure that participants make follow-up presentations
