our mission
CSCTFL’s aim is to promote the study of world languages on all levels of instruction.
CSCTFL shall assume a proactive, leadership role within the profession and provide services to all foreign language educators, including those of modern, ancient, less-commonly-taught languages and English as a Second Language. These activities shall be carried out by committees or individuals appointed by the Directors.
