2006 Central States Conference Registration Information

The 2006 Central States Conference Registration Form will be available on-line in December 2005, at www.centralstates.cc. Complete registration material will also arrive via U.S. mail in December 2005, in the Central Connection: Preliminary Program to everyone on CSC’s mailing list.

In the meantime, here is some information to help you make plans:

• Dates and Location:

March 9 – 11, 2006

• Room Rates:

Single (one person) @ $159.00 plus *15.4% tax

Double (two persons, two beds) @ $159.00 plus *15.4 tax

Double (two persons, one bed) @ $159.00 plus *15.4% tax

Triple (three persons) @ $179.00 plus *15.4% tax

Quad (four persons) @ $199.00 plus *15.4% tax

• Registration:

$90 early (through January 9, 2006)

$100 regular (January 10 – February 13, 2006)

$120 late and on-site (February 14 – March 11, 2006)

(no group rates are available)

• Workshops:

approximately $45 (half day)

approximately $80 (full day)

(workshop participants must also register and pay for the conference)

• Meals and entertainment are extra.

• Purchase orders are not accepted.

• Advisory Council members must also complete a conference registration form.
