2005 Central States Conference Registration Information

 

 

The 2005 Central States Conference Registration Form will be available on-line in December 2004, at www.centralstates.cc.  Complete registration material will also arrive via U.S. mail in December 2004, in the Central Connection:  Preliminary Program to everyone on CSC’s mailing list.

 

In the meantime, here is some information to help you make plans:

 

• Dates and Location:

March 10 – 12, 2005

• Room Rates:

Single (one person) @ $109.00 plus *16.75% tax

Double (two persons, two beds) @ $109.00 plus *16.75 tax                 

Double (two persons, one bed) @ $109.00 plus *16.75% tax   

Triple (three persons) @ $112.00 plus *16.75% tax                    

Quad (four persons) @ $112.00 plus *16.75% tax          

 

• Registration:  

$90 early  (through January 10, 2005)

$100 regular  (January 11 – February 14, 2005)

$120 late and on-site (February 15 – March 12, 2005)

                        (no group rates are available)

 

• Workshops:  

$35  (half day)           

$65 and up  (full day)           

(workshop participants must also register and pay for the conference)

 

• Meals and entertainment are extra.

 

• Purchase orders are not accepted.

 

• Advisory Council members must also complete a conference registration form.
